I arrived at coaching because throughout my career, I've loved one-on-one problem solving most. Offering perspectives, untangling situations, guiding people to a new understanding and advising others – from junior staffers to CEOs – was empowering for others and energizing for me. I loved being the door people knocked on when they had a perplexing problem.

My coaching is built around the understanding that leadership is not a trait or a title. It’s a skill. No matter our role, we all have the ability to shape our future. We all have the ability to positively influence others. 

I bring the same principles to my work as a communications advisor.  Comms is the conduit that connects audiences, ideas, action and impact. It’s a central part of business strategy. 

Previously, I served as Head of Internal Communications at Publicis Sapient. I built a high-performing team, driving executive communications and narrative development and leading change management across major initiatives — from AI workforce transformation to company strategy rollouts. 

Earlier, I held multiple senior roles at WeWork, including leading Strategic Communications in the Office of the Co-Founder. I was also WeWork’s first Head of Strategy and Operations for Public Affairs, helping design and build WeWork's global Creative, Communications and Public Affairs team. Prior to WeWork, I was a Senior Vice President at Edelman, where I spent a decade shaping stories and counseling major brands including eBay, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Johnson & Johnson.

I grew up in Pittsburgh and have lived in New York for over 20 years. I call both places home.
